Job Description
    We are looking for Dynamic Professional trainer's to work with us as Freelance contracts across varied locations .

    Skills and capabilities

    Stupendous communication & interpersonal skills with pleasing personality and a versatile leader. Honed with proven strength in coordination and analysis, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people.

    Execution oriented, versatile leader with experience in Training and Knowledge Management. Reputation for conducting learning and development sessions and designing well-structured training modules

    Professional experience spans management of widely-divergent, simultaneously occurring training assignments within agreed cost / time lines and assessing training needs in the command and arranging training sessions to keep skill-level of the men up-to-date with global standards

    Rich hands on experience in Customer Relations Management and developing skilled teams to effective deal with customer related issues

    TNA and customization of training programs as per pain areas
    Facilitating training sessions.
    Creating training content, participants workbook and all related materials


    The desired candidate should have :

    Played a key role in assessing current performance, processes and services and providing recommendations regarding process improvements to maximize customer satisfaction
    Handled process and soft skills training
    Provided necessary training on Soft Skills and Product/Services to the Team Members to ensure quality service delivery
    Managed training support systems along with the assurance of regular Upgradation, maintenance of all knowledge support systems as per the norms and implementing processes to make the training function process driven
    Set up a structured feedback mechanism to assess effectiveness of the training programs. Analyze the feedback inputs to improvise the system of training delivery
