Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue and Product mix
- Adhere defined SMP to interact with FLS team and channel partner sales team
- To create / maintain excellent relationships with the assigned branches and with the specified persons
- Be a coach and guide to the sales team members of the channel partner
- Guide the sales team members in prospecting new customers
- Provide support to the sales team of the channel partner in solving customer queries
- Organizing periodic training on Products and business awareness in coordination with training Dept.
- To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales
- To manage the recruitment, training, development, of a FLS team.
- Achieve sales targets from assigned channel partner branches with the help of team members/ Branch Managers and Specified persons of the channel partner.
- Organizing worksites and campaigns
- Conducting Customer,HNI meets and joint calls.
- Skill development and capability building of FLS team
- Focus on business persistency/ Control Lapsation
- Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes
- Prepare & analyze the day to day sales MIS as per company formats.
