1. Responsible for after sales service operation of Entire Region(25-30 Dealers) .
2. Responsible for both Primary & Secondary Network.
3. Team Handling (2-3 Territory Managers)
4. Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction to highest level.
5. Responsible for redemption target achievement of Entire Reagan.
6. Indirectly Handle Customer complain & Warranty
7. CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) & other feedback Analysis Mythology Knowledge
8. Monitor & plan service promotional activities in Entire Reagan & ROI Analysis
Salary: Negotiable
Industry Preference: Having Exposure in OEM- 2W, 4W,3W,Tractor, Commercial Vehicle, Engine Mfg Battery, Tyre
Functional Area: Service
Education: BE or Diploma (Mechanical / Automobile Engineering)
Experience: 10 13 Years of B.Tech Candidate / 12 15 Years for Diploma Candidate
