Job Description
Marketing and Sales:
Responsible for Customer Segmentation to Identify Prospects & continuously Engage (Building relationship) through various Innovative initiatives to ensure Value Selling and CVP establishment
Responsible for defining Segment Drivers/Characteristics to propose Segments which are more likely to Switch towards Premium Trucks
Competition Activity On & Off Product and Give Inputs to Product Planning & Marketing
Create understanding/awareness about the new product in the channel and market.
Track prospective company tenders / contracts for generating leads
Identification of decision making authority in prospect customer and make customized presentation to convert deals
Tie up with Financiers to make finance available for customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and increasing customer engagement levels of existing customers. Collecting testimonials/ references from customers
Sales & Key Account Management
Responsible for Relationship building with Large Fleet Operators, Financiers & other relevant stakeholder
Responsible for achieving Sales Target and Customer Satisfaction
Understand product usage pattern; operating costs and revenue model and help establish Customer value proposition as defined
Create sustainable competitive advantage by delivering on key value propositions and establish a measurable & significant switching cost in the Key accounts.
