Job Description
This role proactively supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the region.
This will include working collaboratively with branch head and various departments in head office such as operations, Media and communication, to increase the impact and effectiveness of marketing and boost sales.
Role involves meeting marketing and sales objectives by efficiently planning the allocated budget, and analyzing the returns on the marketing activities.
This role will be centered on developing and maintaining relationships with school, colleges and other educational institutions.
Profile holder is required to tie up with these institutions for conducting presentations and workshops about the organization and product in order to increase the brand presence among the target audience so as to generate database and leads, increase walk-in traffic and drive revenue targets.
An integral part of the role will be leading the collation of market intelligence (Self and competitor) for the region and sharing the customer and competitor analysis with the various internal stakeholders. The objective is to come up with innovative strategies to identify and penetrate the target segment.
Profile holder will be required to conduct and attend the networking events to generate new leads and promote the company's brand such as educational fairs, conferences, etc.
Candidates should be capable of generating references through interaction with old clients for new client generation.
