Job Description
- To maintain and look after MEP(Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing).
- Taking Care of housekeeping, plumbing, lift services, sewage.
- Requirement of a Techno-Commercial candidate to look after overall maintainance of the site and co-ordination with the Customers and residents.
- Looking after the overall staff working at the site.
- Co-ordination with the concerned technical department for further execution of the work.
- Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
- assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans.
- Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the project.
- Managing repair, maintenance & replacement
- Implementation and operations of Security and Surveillance
- Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences.
- Liasioning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and all branch offices.
