Job Description
    Candidates with international BPO experience
    Experience in voice process; 24/7 operation
    Comfortable to work in night shift

    Job Profile:

    Directly getting requirement from client and screen the profile on my end. Responsible for Sourcing / screening / scheduling of candidates for our Clients Involves understanding of Client Requirements-Job Specifications, Job Description and Compensation Break up.
    Short-listing the profiles from job portals.
    Co-ordinating with the client and candidates through the recruitment process till the candidate joins the company.
    Responsible for handling permanent positions with our clients.
    Rate/ Salary Negotiation.

    Desirable:
    Proficient in recruiting techniques like Cold Calling, Networking and Internet based recruiting tools
    Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Client/Candidate Relationship Perform full life cycle recruiting for Information Technology Professionals for US Staffing
    Working knowledge in contractual placement on W2 salary, W2 hourly, Corp to Corp (C2C) and 1099.
    Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement and full time / permanent placement.
    Gathering the requirements from hiring manager / accounts manager, screening the requirements and then sending it to the team members for fishing out promising profiles within time frame.
    Helping for understanding requirement to the team and QA or Quality check for resume.
    Validate the candidate through technical round interview.
