Job Description
    1. Coordinating for attendance.
    2. Maintaining leave records and personal records.
    3. Responsible for recruitment-joining induction formalities.
    4. Responsible for making travel arrangements, ticketing, visa processing
    5. Responsible for general housekeeping.
    6. Computing traveling allowance/ daily allowance/ overtime for drivers/office boys.
    7. Coordinating with mediclaim authorities for proper claims.
    8. General administration-Stationary, pantry supplies, rental agreements etc., agreements with outsourcing contractors, vehicle, hotels, traveling etc.
    9. Organizing events, get-togethers as per company's requirement with proper approval and policy.
    10. Maintaining and executing the staff event calendar, coming out with new team building concepts and executing them.
    11. Organizing training as per requirement.
    12. Coordinating with Accounts department for timely payment to Statutory and HR related vendors.
    13. Associating with HR to fill up the gaps as and when required.
    14. Handling issues related with all official agencies
    15. Issuing ID cards/ access cards.
    16. Implement Processes to ensure cleanliness at all times and improve on "Hygiene Factors"
    17. Helping in minor finance tasks.
    18. Coordinating with external agencies such as security, housekeeping etc to keep the store in desired state of upkeep and security
