Job Description
PROFILES:
1. Talent Acquisition Analyst:
Responsible for Full lifecycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles across in IT industry.
Placing job requirements on the Internet/Different Job Sites to increase the candidate pool.
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications and exp.
Aggressive candidate sourcing via traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
Effective selling skills.
Team Player.
2. Business Development Executive (US IT Staffing):
Proactively develop a network of solid Talent based on client needs and pipe lining them.
Interacting with various clients in the United States to match requirements as per the skill sets of the consultants available in the companys hot list.
Identifying prospective clients in IT sector and Communicate with potential clients and brief them about various services we offer.
Build strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts
3. Technical Recruitment
Minimum 6 months of work experience in any domain.
Excellent knowledge of IT technologies on macro level especially in web technologies/Java.
Demonstrated ability in achieving Recruitment Targets.
Excellent communication skills mandatory
