Job Description
Principal Requirements:
1. To manage circle and central based training interventions keeping adherence to training quality.
2. Training delivery as per the prescribed guidelines
3. Measure impact of individual training performance
4. Hard Core- telecom Prepaid, Postpaid, Data Services knowledge
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Execution of Product/Process/System/Soft skill training for Airtel In-house teams, Strategic and Non strategic partners, Airtel Outlets, Tele calling and Field Agencies etc.
Training delivery as per the set norms to ensure effective learning to all the role holders
Measure role learning path for all the circle role holders and make training impact analysis.
To execute new training initiatives from time to time.
Working with leadership to ensure that Learning outcomes drive business objectives
Analyzes data, determines and recommends solutions/strategies to address training issues and concerns.
Reviewing course effectiveness and participant feedback
Coordinating with circle and central role holders for effective Learning solutions
Self Training evaluation and do follow ups accordingly
Reports to work regularly and on time.
To be Flexible and able to handle demands of a rapidly growing and changing workplace organization
5. Prior training experienced would be preferred
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree from college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Training: Been in Training/ OPS/SME and is working/ worked in the capacity of a Trainer, Snr Trainer, AM, Manager with Domestic Telecom
3. English Language: Good command over language and grammar. ( language requirement based on sheet attached as ANNX-C)
