About uTrade Solutions: uTrade Solutions is a Chandigarh based start-up IT company developing financial capital markets trading platforms.
Job Title: Project Manager
Role:
Prior proven experience as Project Manager (preferably with product based software company).
Should provide advice on the management of projects.
Should keep internal team, and external teams / clients updated on the project status.
Should work with the team to track individual tasks, and compile them at project level for client communication.
Should learn and understand uTrade products in detail.
Should be able to present uTrade product demos to indian and international clients.
Demonstrates an active commitment to continuous improvement in the process.
Shield the team from external interferences and promptly sort out anything that is slowing down the team.
Should lead the hiring activities.
Should manage day-to-day task and the team involving 1:1s with team members.
Doing gap analysis with competitor products.
Business oriented and results driven.
Attention to details.
Knowledge of programming languages including C/C++/Python is preferable.
Energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and Communication skills.
Forward thinking with the ability to assert new ideas and follow them through / finds alternative solutions and identifies clear objectives.
Preferred knowledge and interest in shares, portfolios, trading, capital markets (BSE, NSE).
Desired Skill Set / Qualifications:
3+ years of successful relevant experience
Entrepreneurial spirit as reflected by variety of activities you would have done in the past.
Expertise in using Excel, Power point, Word and any other project management software
Project management certification is useful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferably engineering degree with Masters / MBA or equivalent.
