Job Description
1. Defining QMS of Organization Capable to define and establish QMS setup.
2. Document Control Capable to manage the configuration control of QMS.
3. SEPG Reviews and Meetings Capable to plan, schedule and conduct the SEPG reviews to define and discuss QMS and process improvement related practices as per the business needs and requirements of external quality standards.
4. QMS Trainings & Awareness Capable to plan and conduct QMS Trainings for Employees and new joinees in Organization.
5. SQA Reviews Capable to form, lead and manage the SQA team to perform QMS compliance in projects SDLC.
6. IQAs Capable to plan, schedule and execute the internal quality audits/assessment of QMS in projects & support groups.
7. Metrics Analysis Capable to identify and establish the quantitative analysis (Root Cause Analysis with CAPA) of QMS processes and prepare metrics reports for engineering projects to make the decision and process improvements.
8. Management Reviews Capable to plan, schedule and conduct QMS reviews with Management.
9. PAL/SPDB Capable of establishing the Process Assets Library/Software Process Database for the best practices/reusability from QMS.
