Job Description
a) Understanding the requirement of mandate recieved in terms of qualification, job requirements, skill sets needed and cultural fit.
b) Source right profile through a combination of search on job portals, like naukri.com and monster, references and head hunting.
c) Maintain database in organised manner and to interact with client and candidate on continuous basis
d) Interview candidates to assess communication skills, leadership and other personality traits.
e) Graduate with lot of common sense. Preferably a resident of Chandigarh / panchkula/ Mohali.
f) Ability to sit long hours on computerised environment
g) Quick learner with loads of patience.
