Job Description
- Sales & Marketing
o Overseeing the sale activities of products thereby achieving increased sales growth/ maximized profitability.
o Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
o Responsible for achieving primary and secondary objectives of the company.
o Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs as a part of brand building activities.
Territory Management
o Supervise overall sales and business development functions with key focus on team management.
o Identify new potential market segments and territories for increasing sales.
o Forecast customers demands based on analysis of off takes.
o Build new and better methods of promotional strategies for the whole territory.
o Monitor physical distribution entailing supervision of transport and logistics.
Distribution Management
o Identifying and appointing distribution partners for deeper market penetration and reach.
o Evaluating performance & monitoring their sales and marketing activities.
