PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Main/Principal Responsibilities are as follows:
- The position would be responsible for Sales, Marketing, and New Business Developments in specific territory/region.
Any Other Jobs/Assignment given by the Management
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Achievement of Primary & Secondary Sales.
- Achieving distribution objectives.
- Ensuring proper merchandising.
- Launching new products and new brands as per company guidelines.
- Maintaining excellent trade relations distributor, retail, wholesale, institutions, modern trade, HORECA.
- Effective use of A&P support.
- Taking localized initiatives to improve sales & merchandising.
- Annual sales forecasting & budgeting.
- Control of unsalable stocks.
- Motivation and training of distributor sales team.
- Managing credit control and payments as per company norm.
- Tracking competition activities and reporting to the company.
- Opening new markets / unrepresented areas.
- Maintaining proper records for sales, distribution, claims and other business data.
- Report & Feedback of the entire business and suggesting ways of improving it.
