Job Description
- Lead & guide the call centre team, set weekly , quarterly & annuals goals & targets.
- Effective engagement through review mechanisms
- MIS &Data Management
- Training & Quality Management
- Regular audits to gauge call center performance and drive improvement actions
- Reporting & Analysis
- Coordination with Sales, Marketing and other cross functional teams for inputs
- Responsible for academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents.
- Advise students about college majors, admission requirements, entrance exams, and financial aid, etc.
- Handling Students queries, providing information to them related to different courses available.
- Managing the pre-admission enquiries.
- Follow up with the students
- Facilitate enrollments by counseling the enquiries
- Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & email enquiries.
- Tele calling & follow-up on database generated through structured campaigns.
- Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
- Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines.
