Designation :- Assistant Business Manager
Job Location :-Delhi
Desired Candidate:
-He must handle a team of 9 sales exec who are direct employees of company.
-He must recruit his team by his own references and also can take assistance from empanelled consultants if required.
-He has to train them, motivate them, guide them to meet the monthly and yearly targets given by company.
-Since it is a Direct marketing channel, business has to be sourced from direct sources like Telecalling, cold calling, Corporate activities, Open market activities, References, Own Market references etc.
Basic Requirements we are looking for
-Age band 26 to 32 yrs max.
-Candidate should be only from Agency or DM channel. Banca or corporate agency channel profiles are not preferable.
-Candidates from broking firms also can be accepted if they have strong team handling experience.
-Team handling experience is not mandatory but will be added advantage if they have.
-Someone who is in self sourcing profile like agency UM/AM /SM / SSM or AKRM / KRM etc can also be preferred who are doing extremely well in individual role but eagerly looking for team handling role.
-Should have most of experience in current location for which he is applying.
-Should be a very aggressive Go-getter who should have a strong focus towards his target achievements and career growth in insurance industry
