As a Business HR partner, should be aware of business strategies, opportunities, threats facing the BU and achieve integration of the BU's business strategy.
Understanding BUs issues/concerns and introduce/implement new processes and procedures, to increase BUs people effectiveness
Lead the development of structures, systems, and processes to improve BUs effectiveness and facilitate change for achieving business objectives
Provide HR Solutions and support to the line managers in implementation of people processes for building a performance driven culture.
Own, initiate and develop business friendly and sound HR processes and practices in line with corporate framework.
Continuously identifying business needs and process improvements and providing feedback to Corporate HR along with suggested actions or solutions thereby participating in policy making.
Establish and monitor metrics and other results-oriented dashboards to drive teams productivity
