Job Description

Should Have experience in underwriting Mortgage or Loan Against Property , for the MSME or SME segment of customers.

Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.

Underwrite specific retail loan proposals and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).

Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met.

To ensure credit policy adherence to the accepted standards.

Manage the team of credit officers, Credit Admin and off roll staff.
