Job Description
The profile includes managing field operations team (Owner and Verified Listings 99acres) for Chandigarh region. It will involve monitoring, training, CRM tracking and Team Management. The role will involve leading a team of 8 - 12 team members initially which will go up as the business vertical scales up.
Key responsibilities
- Product and Process Training to new team members.
- Grooming, training, and hand holding the team to deliver outstanding results, will require frequent tag along visits and on the job sessions
- Driving regular assessments; mentoring new team members and identifying training requirements for experienced team members.
- Visiting clients with the field executives
Conducting periodic performance reviews of the team and provide inputs on customer handling skills, process adherence.
