Job Description
    a) Establish and Build relationship with Key Accounts - Architects, Builders, Developers, Fabrication Companies, Consultants and Govt. Agencies.

    b) Expand Business in respective territory through Architects, Builders, Consultants, Fabricators and other decision makers in projects.

    c) Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales

    d) Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients.

    e) To deliver sustained growth in Sales in Target product segments both in Volume and Value.

    f) Commercial offer in projects in line with pricing policy and commercial policy defined for each product category.

    g) Liasoning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments.

    h) Carry out Post order Management Activities.

    i) Payment Collections as Per Terms agreed with Customer

    j) Market shaping activities in the areas of Knowledge and Skills , Sustainability, regulations and Collaboration
