Job Description
Position: Manager-Property Acqusition
Responsibilities:
Execute companys real estate projects for Supply chain (Delivery hubs) from site feasibility through lease signing.
Work with developers, landlords and/or real estate brokers to build pipeline.
Evaluate, select and negotiate terms and lease provisions for prospective locations; as well as expansions and relocations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders like network team, supply chain operation and finance in decision making on site finalization
Monitor submissions from brokers and work with Legal on lease negotiations and lease executions to ensure the company has solid lease agreements to meet plan and renewal schedule
Manage lease renewals and options in accordance with schedule at least 12 months in advance of critical dates
Lead real estate team panned across India and drive culture of learning and development.
