- Review distribution wise sales against the targets on a monthly basis.
- Ensure Direct Sales & Dealer appointment.
- Ensure key secondary management target are met.
- Ensure Distributor wise minimum inventory of each stock.
- Appoint dealers in un-represented and weak areas.
- Month wise Monitoring Product Group achievement against the targets and take corrective action on a monthly basis.
- Achieve target sales values through range selling.
- Review Dealer Card on monthly basis.
