Job Description
We are looking out for an Assistant Manager- Usage & Revenue with Leading Telecom in Mohali .
Job Description:
1. Maximizing revenue- Engaging with customer in activities generating/enhancing revenue from the existing base. Base to base upgrade especially high value segments is a key requirement of the job.
2. Upgrade initiatives - Launching activities to upgrade customers usage from existing base to higher revenue generation.
3. Monitoring of RES - End to end responsibility of monitoring and reporting RES growth.
4. Reducing Inactive - Base Continuous and focused approach to reduce churn from the using base, keeping Inactive base at the minimum defined levels .
5. New initiatives and projects- Initiating activities and projects to generate revenue and active user base.
