Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Contacting and informing existing customers and new prospects, in order to keep the market up to date about the TIPL product portfolio & services. Expanding TIPL customer base in the region, to contribute to the revenue target.
- Identifying and active searching for new prospects, analyzing sales potential and work out sales activities.
- Keeping the customer database up to date.
- Will be responsible in his cluster for the sales revenue, for the sales & marketing costs. These figures are worked out together with the executive team as part of the annual business plan.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Implement enabling technologies, including CRM. Monitors the assigned sales organizations compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
