Job Description
Candidates above 3 years of experience in application support projects in 24/7 support models are required. Experience in SWIFT or Swift Alliance Application is mandatory. Candidates who have more experience will be expected to mentor the team. Applications have a front end and back end unix servers and Oracle databases and team should have competency in Unix, SQL, Shell scripting
Swift Alliance Application experience of 3+ years ( BIC, UPGRADES, SWIFT Alliance Updates, Patches )
Knowledge of LPM Fircosoft and other appplications
Production Environment Support in Global Environment
Demonstrated Experience in handling High Severity Issues and Recovery of Service
Willingness to work in 24/7 Support and On call Support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Unix, SQL, shell scripting,
Prior experience in Incident Support like monitoring the incident queue, accepting them and work to closure of tickets
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary technical support
Should be Flexible, Hardworking and Right attitude towards work
