Vishal Mega Mart is HIRING for Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager/Department Manager. Freshers do not apply
We are looking for dynamic professional with excellent communication skills and in-depth experience in back-end & front-end retail operations. Should posses expertise in functions like Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service, Quality, Inventory Control, MIS, Revenue Generation and Promotional Offers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generating sales and revenue of the store
-Managing store operations
-Team Management
-Marketing
-Customer Service
-Inventory management and controlling shrinkage
-Visual Merchandising
- Achieving Top line & Bottom line targets of the store.
-Responsible for P&L of the store & controlling the cost of operations.
