Job Description

• HR SPOC for the respective zone
• Coordinating with the RSM/ Manager- Sales Coordination and ASE for vacancy updates and plans for recruitment drives of TSI and ASE
• Ensuring the recruitment process is effective with minimum TAT
• Induction & Training(Classroom & OJT) of the new joinee in terms of fulfilling joining formalities, understanding of systems and processes, products and policies
• Maintenance of data like employee headcount, attrition, appraisal data, database of resumes, payroll- reimbursement inputs, exit data, MIS etc.
• As a business partner, need to participate in all business meetings and discussions
• Responsible for Office Management
• Joint market working with sales employees to get first hand market pulse and prepare talent inventory
• Managing employee engagement initiatives
• Effective query handling of Zonal HR needs
