Job Description
In this profile, you will need to:
1. Manage and lead all potential business opportunities assigned by Sales team through the complete sales cycle by providing exceptional sales and technical consultation services. To do this, you will need to:
o Effectively gather and document all client system and business requirements.
o Do competitive analysis of similar solutions, software, services, etc.
o Drive proposal development and solution design by collaborating with technical teams, writing product specifications and any other related documentation thats required.
o Work directly with technical teams to price the final, selected solution and services.
o Effectively present the solutions and proposals to clients through means like presentations, diagrams, documents, phone-calls, etc. and educate the clients as necessary.
o Talk fluently in English as well as have above-par English writing skills.
o Have exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
o Handover the work and relationship to production team effectively on completion of sales cycle.
2. Have the ability to work with a variety of clients at various levels at the same time.
3. Manage and build client relationships through effective CRM.
4. Support business development initiatives.
5. Create and improve sales & consultation collateral.
6. Add to and improve the company knowledge-base and skill set by undertaking necessary research and providing training on the research subjects.
7. Collate and present prescribed metrics for internal review and improvement.
